PING内网正常，外网Request timed out

问题描述：

以前好好的，今天突然特别卡，PING内网很正常，外网就Request timed out。这个是电信的问题吗？

从PING值来看，你的网络很不稳定
有几种可能，你可以一一排除一下
1，局域网内部有人或你自己使用P2P下载东西
2，机器可能已经感染病毒
3，电信线路不稳定
如果你确定不是本机或所在局域网的问题，你可以打10000叫电信的人来帮你测试下线路

可能是网管屏蔽了外网.

估计80%中毒，ping网关，arp网关，看看mac地址与网关地址是否一样。
