申请了帐号,但是上传时却....
上传不到:出现下面这英文:
Symbian Signed Open Signed
This applies to Symbian OS v9 only

Symbian has introduced Open Signed Developer Certificates in order to permit developers to develop and test applications on target devices before submitting them for signing.

Please be aware if you are requesting a developer certificate for SonyEricsson phone(s) that makes use of one of the capabilities below then a capability request form MUST be completed and send to devcerts@sonyericsson.com before the request is made.

Please notice that Capability request form needs to be filled in and send to SonyEricsson only once. After the requested capabilities have been granted once, you don't need to request approval anymore for the same purpose. However, if you need some other capabilities or use the granted capabilities for some other purpose than what they were originally granted for, please send the updated form to SonyEricsson for the new approval.

In order to obtain a Symbian Developer Certificate, a tool called DevCertRequest must be used. You can download it here.
