大连到烟台棒槌岛今晚10:30的船票如何退票~~

问题描述：

当时明明说的是7号的,可是回来一看却是5号的,今天回去退票来不急了,现在船已经开了,还有什么办法能补救吗~~?
虽然是我疏忽了没有检查一便,但是主要原因,是那个粗心的受票员,真的很郁闷~~~

因为我昨天电话咨询过,因为时间来不急才没有去退票,所以今天,又去买票时,一位好心的售票员帮我解决了问题,真的很感谢她,也很感谢楼下的给回答我的问题,但是好象没有满意解,所以不给悬赏了,呵呵
because I have been called yesterday to ask for refund,but time didnot allowed.Today, I went to buy another ticket, a good conductor to helped me to solve my problem.Really very grateful for her kindness, but also very grateful to all the downstairs answer my question, but ,I can not give any reward as there is no satisfactory solution
